Hand of Love

Remember back as a little girl
You reached up and grabbed his hand.
You could only get a finger or two,
His whole hand too big to span.

He lead you to a big new world,
He showed you how nature will grow.
He taught how hard work invested
Will allow you to reap what you sow.

He allowed you to be a child
To grow up, to have fun, to live.
The wonderful gift of life and love,
Nothing greater a man could give.

You know, he is happy now
Comfortable in heaven above.
You know, the fatherly hand
Is a representation of his love.
